This door had never been serviced, therefore allowing the metal slats to cut through the main support bracket.
Result: The entire roller shutter had to be replaced
If this door had been serviced: The slats would have been realigned & lubricant applied, reducing any wear on the brackets |

Result: 15 slats had to be replaced and the door was left shut for 5 working days until the new slats were manufactured and installed
